Ingredients for 8-10 pieces
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
60 grams sugar
120 grams dark chocolate (70%) and a few extra pieces as filling
90 grams melted butter
40 grams sifted flour
muffin pan (metal or silicone)
Directions
- Melt the chocolate and the butter together
- Beat the sugar, eggs and egg yolks until it’s a smooth creamy mixture
- Add the egg mix to the chocolate and butter. Next you blend the flour through the mixture
- Grease the pans with butter and fill them with the chocolate batter
- Bake the Moelleux 9 minutes, depending on the size, at 180 degrees Celsius
